Instructions:

Make a dark roux with the butter and flour. Pour in 1l of water and boil a little bit. Add the corn flour to the roux and cook for about 20 minutes at low temperature until soft. Add the grated cheese and serve on the spot sprinkled with chives.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
