Instructions:

Cook the rice according to package directions.

Prepare the jackfruit pieces with 5 tablespoons Texmex sauce. Please only cut the fruit pieces in half (do not cut them into small pieces!).

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters or halves (without the green stem). Peel the onion and cut into slices about 0.3 cm thick, pull the individual rings apart.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel the avocado halves and cut the fruļ¬‚eisch and into 2-3 cm pieces.

Stir-fry the Texmex jackfruit in frying oil for about 8 minutes in a frying pan over medium heat.

Divide the finished rice between two small bowls, add the jackfruit on top. Spread the remaining ingredients on top as well. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil, sprinkle salt, pepper and sesame seeds and serve the bowl decorated with 2 lemon slices each.
