Butter Cookie Cake

A cake recipe for all foodies:

Place cookies between 2 layers of household paper and quickly run the rolling pin over them a few times. This will give the most uniform crumbs. Mix the crumbs and butter together and press the amount into a 24-cm cake springform pan.

For the filling: mix all ingredients together, mold onto pie crust and bake for 1/2 hour. Cool in the oven.
