For the cabbage casserole with lamb, first dice the bacon and render it in a roasting pan. Roughly dice the lamb and brown it in the bacon fat.

Peel and chop the onions and garlic cloves. Clean and wash the cabbage and cut it into strips. Wash, peel and dice the potato and the carrots. Add the vegetables and rosemary to the meat and sauté.

Pour the soup and the wine and let everything cook for about 40 minutes. Season the cabbage with salt and pepper. Finally, chop the parsley and sprinkle over the cabbage with lamb.
