Instructions:

Pepper, salt, mustard, thyme and vinegar stir well with a whisk, add the oil and stir well again. Add the onion, cumin and garlic and stir again. Cut the cabbage very small, add to the sauce form and stir, mash leaf lettuce by hand or with a mortar until juicy, stir again and simmer for half an hour. Before eating, stir again and perhaps sprinkle fried bacon cubes on top.
