Instructions:

(*) Cooking as in Schwyz Briefly sauté the onion in butter. Now add the white cabbage and steam. Fill up with beef broth and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Add the long grain rice and make it grainy.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg (freshly grated). Serve the grated cheese separately.
