Instructions:

First prepare the dough. To do this, mix flour, salt and butter. Add water and knead into a dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Clean the cabbage sprouts and boil them in salted water until firm to the bite (not too soft) – strain. Chop the onion and bacon and fry in a little oil. Mix with the cabbage sprouts and chopped nuts.

Roll out the dough and place it in the greased quiche dish. Prick the bottom of the dough several times with a fork, sprinkle with cornmeal (absorbs the excess liquid).

Spread the cabbage sprouts on the quiche base. For the glaze, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix in the sour cream and Parmesan and spread evenly over the cabbage sprouts.

Bake the cabbage sprout quiche in the oven for about 30 minutes.
