For the cabbage with oranges, first quarter the cabbage, remove the stalk and finely chop.

Fillet the oranges: Peel off the peel including the white inner skin, collecting the juice. Then remove the orange segments from the thin membranes, also collecting the juice.

Sauté the cabbage in butter, add apples and spices.

Pour in soup and simmer over medium heat in a frying pan for about 20 minutes.

Pour in a little more soup if necessary.

When the cabbage is cooked to the bite, add the orange fillets and the collected orange juice.

Season with salt and you can serve the cabbage with oranges.
