Instructions:

Dissolve the butter and fry the bacon in it for 2-3 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic and cook over low heat until soft. Add paksoi leaves and thyme and pour in clear soup and coconut milk. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Add the okra and crab meat and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
