Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients for the dough, knead until smooth and leave to cool for a few hours.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm, cut out ovals of about 9 x 12 cm or cut them out. Wrap around a floured wooden or metal tube so that the ends overlap a little, press them well together. Fry in hot oil.

For the filling, chop the chocolate coarsely, mix all the ingredients and put them in the cannoli.

In home stores there are special tubes for making cannoli. In Italian stores the cannoli can be bought ready-made. However, the filling can be put into any type of cannoli.
