A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Sift the flour into a large enough bowl, then add the milk. Now add the eggs and the salt and stir the whole thing into a smooth dough.

Toast the breadcrumbs in the butter until golden. Cool. Then add to the dough form together with the spinach, parsley and chives. Let rest for one hour.

Boil plenty of salted water. Shape the dough on a wooden board or scrape it from the edge of the baking dish with a kitchen knife in wide strips into the slightly boiling water. As soon as the caponetti rise to the surface, lift them out with a skimmer and arrange them in layers with the cheese in a baking dish.

Drizzle a little cream over the dish and keep warm in the oven at 150 °C.
