Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

* Stir cappuccino powder with 50 ml boiling hot water, cool. Mix flour with sugar, almond kernels, hazelnuts and salt. Knead in butter in flakes and cappuccino. Then chill the dough for about 1 hour with the lid closed.

* Shape the dough into rolls approx. 1 cm thick and 6 cm long, bend into croissants, place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a heated oven at 180 °C (U: 160 °C /G: level 3) for approx. 8-10 min. Cool the croissants, decorate with your choice of cooking chocolate, mocha beans and hail sugar.
