For the cappuccino truffles, break the chocolate into small pieces and melt over steam. Mix the melted chocolate with the room-warm butter, the coffee and the whipped cream. Allow to cool slightly.

As soon as the mass has cooled, separate small pieces from it and form them into praline balls. Moisten your hands in between, then the round rolling goes much easier. If desired, roll the cappuccino truffles in sugar, coconut, chopped nuts or chopped pistachios and place in pretty praline molds.
