Instructions:

Mix yogurt, eggs, flour, spices, kitchen herbs and the meat cut into very fine cubes (set aside a few cubes of bacon for the sauce) into a light dough by hand. Do not beat or the dough will be tough.

Place the chard leaves in boiling hot water for about five seconds and cool in iced water Lay out the leaves, rub dry and remove the hard stem with a sharp kitchen knife.

Place a heaping teaspoon of dough on the middle of the bottom half of the leaf, fold over the sides of the leaf from the right and left and roll up tightly from the bottom.

Heat the soup in a frying pan, add the diced bacon, then pour in the capuns and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. The flour in the dough must cook completely.

At the end, add the cream and continue to cook gently for a few minutes. Arrange the capuns with the sauce on large plates, perhaps drizzle with hot butter and sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.

Garnish with chives.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
