Instructions:

For the caramel soup, mix starch flour with 2 tablespoons of milk.

Bring remaining milk to a boil, stir in cornstarch and boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

In a pan, let sugar caramelize. Deglaze with a little water, stir and add to soup.

Stir and serve the caramel soup with waffles or cantuccini.
