Instructions:

Cut the rolled-out puff pastry into four rectangles, brush the edges with egg white and the top of the pastry with mustard and horseradish, then cover with cheese, bacon strips and sausages. Form the dough into a roll and brush the top with egg yolk. Bake at medium heat for about 35 minutes.
