A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Sauté the finely chopped garlic in 2/3 of the olive oil, add breadcrumbs and turn golden brown (be careful, it goes quickly), put aside.

In a frying pan, heat the butter with the remaining olive oil, add the finely chopped mushrooms and sauté. Now add the oysters and sauté for three min, set aside.

Beat the egg, add the grated lemon peel and the finely chopped parsley. Mix with the breadcrumbs set aside and the mushroom-oyster mixture.

Cut pockets in the sides of the fillets (use a sharp kitchen knife) and fill with the mixture. Close the opening crosswise with two wooden skewers. Pepper and season with salt and then fry on the broiler with it or in a frying pan. Cowabanga!!
