Instructions:

For the carrot and potato stew, cook the diced carrots and diced potatoes in a pot with a little water to cover until soft.

Now boil up with the vegetable stock and add butter, cayenne pepper, chervil, lovage and the diced salami.

Bring to the boil again and stir in the cream.

Sprinkle the carrot and potato stew with parsley and serve immediately.
