Instructions:

Finely grate the carrots, marinate with yogurt, safflower oil, salt and pepper. Cut the apples into fine strips (julienne) and mix with the carrots. Drizzle radicchio leaves with apple cider vinegar and line two crudités bowls with it. Arrange the carrots on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
