Instructions:

Cut carrots into strips. Heat orange juice, add carrots, cook until soft, about 15 min.

Add honey, allow to dissolve. Cut orange peel into fine strips. Grind carrots, mix with orange peel and preserving sugar, stir gently until smooth.

Sprinkle in cinnamon, bubble for 4 hours. Remove from heat and fill into jars, seal.

Can be kept for approx. 8 months.
