For the carrot and mushroom vegetables, peel and roughly dice the onion and sauté in oil.

Clean carrots and cut into rings, cut mushrooms into leaves and add both to the onion. Season with salt, pepper and soup seasoning. Cover and simmer until soft and season the carrot and mushroom vegetables to taste.
