Instructions:

Peel and slice the carrots and potatoes.

Sauté the carrots together with the onions in a pot, add the potatoes, pour in the soup and cook until soft with the bay leaf spice and cloves.

Season with salt and pepper and refine with whipped cream.

Before serving, sprinkle finely chopped kitchen herbs on top.
