The quantity for the carrot spelt wholemeal bread is enough for about 1.3 kg of bread. Mix all ingredients well, pour into an oiled and floured loaf pan. Sprinkle a few seeds on top for decoration, and make diagonal cuts with a knife (so that a diamond pattern is formed).
Then place in a COLD oven and turn on the oven to 220 °C (top/bottom heat). After about 70 minutes, remove from the oven and immediately turn out the wholemeal carrot and spelt bread.
