For cartola, cut bananas in half lengthwise, cut long bananas in half. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and place the bananas in it. Fry until golden, then turn them over and let them color as well.

Butter a baking dish and place the bananas in it in 4 portions. Slice the mozzarella and cover the bananas with it. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C until the mozzarella has melted.

Sprinkle four dessert plates with cinnamon and arrange the cartola on top.
