Instructions:

For the casserole, sauté minced meat with the onion in butter. Stir in wine, tomato paste, spices and herbs. Cover the bottom of a buttered casserole dish.

Mix the cooked pasta with the halved olives. Put the pasta on top of the minced meat in the dish, pour the sour cream on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Finally, spread a few knobs of butter on top and place the casserole in the preheated oven. Bake at 220 °C for about 30 minutes.
