Sift the chestnut flour into a suitable bowl and stir through with enough milk to make a creamy, relatively liquid batter. Finely chop or grate the orange peel, chop the walnuts and stir both into the batter. Preheat the stove to 180 °C. Oil a pie dish with a closed bottom (a tart springform pan is less suitable because the liquid batter can run out the bottom) and pour in the batter to a height of 2 cm.
