For the cat cookies with cheese, finely grate both types of cheese (without rind). Mix flour and polenta, fold in the cheese. Add the cat’s milk and yogurt to the dry mixture and knead. If the dough is too dry, add some more of the milk or a little water. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Form the dough into a roll (1/2 cm in diameter) and cut off small round pieces. Spread on the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.

Store the cat cookies with cheese in the refrigerator or freeze in portions.
