Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Rinse and clean the cauliflower and broccoli and cut into small roses. Cook the vegetables in salted water for about five minutes, remove and drain. At the same time, cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about seven minutes “al dente”, drain and drain. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and the mozzarella into slices. Butter a gratin dish and fill it with most of the pasta. On top of it, as a second layer, form the colorful vegetables and evenly distribute the remaining penne on top. Mix the whipped cream with the eggs, salt and pepper over the gratin. Cook for about 20 minutes in the heated oven at 225 °C, remove briefly, cover with the mozzarella slices and bake for another three to four minutes until the cheese melts slightly. Sprinkle with the parsley.
