For the cauliflower casserole with mince, clean the cauliflower and broccoli, cut into florets and cook in salted water until al dente. Strain and drain in a colander.

Cut the rolls into cubes, soak in a little milk, then squeeze and mix into the mince. Chop parsley, beat eggs and stir in both. Season with mustard, salt, pepper and marjoram.

In a greased baking dish, first spread a layer of minced meat, then the cauliflower florets, again a layer of minced meat, then the broccoli florets and cover with the remaining minced meat.

Coarsely grate the mozzarella and sprinkle over the casserole. Bake the cauliflower casserole in the preheated oven on the middle shelf at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
