Instructions:

For the cauliflower soup, boil the cauliflower with the soup powder in water until soft. Melt the butter and sauté the flour in it.

Add most of the cauliflower and coarsely chop with a blender, add the rest of the cauliflower to the soup as a chowder.

Season with salt and nutmeg and stir in parsley.
