Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce and Ham

Instructions:

Boil the cleaned cauliflower with salted water, make 25 min. on 1 or automatic cooking zone 4 to 5.

Heat a quarter of a liter of cauliflower water with milk. Stir the Gustin with a little water until smooth, pour into the milk broth, stirring until bubbling. Stir the processed cheese in small flakes into the sauce with a whisk, let it bubble up once. Season well with the spices. Cut the tomatoes, dip them briefly in boiling water, remove the skin. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Just before serving, mix the diced tomatoes into the cheese sauce.

Carefully place the cauliflower on a warmed platter.

Place the ham in rolls around the cauliflower, garnish with egg quarters, carrot slices and parsley leaves. Pour some of the cheese sauce over the cauliflower, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve the rest of the sauce separately in a sauce boat.

Serve with boiled, peeled potatoes.
