For the cauliflower with mushrooms, wash, clean and divide the cauliflower into florets.

Cook in a large pot with tap water for about 15 minutes until al dente.

Preheat oven to 200 °C and butter a baking dish.

Finely dice ham.

Clean mushrooms and cut into cubes.

Heat butter in a pan and brown ham and mushrooms. Season well with paprika, salt and pepper.

Add cauliflower rolls and mix carefully.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and drizzle the cream over it.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and gratinate the cauliflower with mushrooms for about a quarter of an hour, until the casserole is nice and golden brown.
