Instructions:

Boil salted water, add the celery slices and cook until just tender (approx. 20 min).

Top each celery slice first with a slice of cheese, then with the ham tranche, then repeatedly with cheese and finally repeatedly with a celery slice.

Roll the celery parcels in flour to start, then in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs. Press well around until smooth and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

Serve garnished with lemon slices.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
