Melt the butter fat, fry the meat well all around. Remove the meat. Finely chop the white cabbage, rinse it, but do not drain it, and sauté it in the frying fat.

Next, in a Reindl vegetables and meat in layers form. Last but not least, add the finely chopped onions and the pressed garlic. Season with salt and pepper. The white cabbage draws so much water that the meat can be stewed in it. Serve with boiled potatoes.
