Instructions:

Remove the skin from the peaches, cut them in half, remove the seeds and place them in a suitable bowl. Sprinkle the peach halves with orange liqueur, steep for 10-15 min.

then blend in a hand mixer or with a blender.

Mix with the lemon or peach ice cream and sour milk in a baking bowl until smooth. Sweeten with sugar as desired.

Make everything sparkling together with champagne or possibly sparkling wine, fill into glasses, garnish and bring to the table.
