Instructions:

For the chanterelle dumplings the potato dough peel the potatoes cooked the day before and strain (press through a potato press). Mix together with the remaining ingredients to form a dough and then leave to stand for not too long.

Sauté onions, garlic and peppers in oil. Add mushrooms and saute until liquid has evaporated. Season to taste and let cool. Then mix in egg, chopped parsley as well as breadcrumbs, form small dumplings from the mass and cover with the dough and cook the chanterelle dumplings for about 12 minutes.
