A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Season the cutlets with Worcestershire sauce and pepper and roast in hot fat on both sides in about 7 min. In the meantime, sauté the mushrooms with the chopped onion in the hot butter. Put the cutlets on an ovenproof plate and season with salt. Season the mushrooms also with salt and pepper and mix with the chopped parsley. Spread evenly on the cutlets and place 1 slice of cheese on each. Bake in the broiler or in the Mw kitchen stove until the cheese melts.
