For the chanterelle toast, clean the mushrooms and chop them a little at most. In a very hot pan, fry the bacon cubes without fat.

Remove from the pan, heat the olive oil and fry the mushrooms in it. Remove from heat and season with pepper and salt. Grate the cheese and mix with crème fraîche.

Spread the cheese-cream-fraiche mixture on the bread and spread the mushrooms and bacon cubes on top. Bake everything in the oven at 200 degrees (top/bottom heat) for about 8 – 10 minutes.

Then spread the chopped parsley on top and serve.
