For the egg mushrooms with gnocchi, heat the cleaned mushrooms in oil and fry briefly. Add the gnocchi and fry until they are slightly browned on the outside.

Add garlic and fry a little. Stir in parsley, salt and pepper. Pour in cream and toss in. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
