For the cheesecake, beat egg whites until very stiff and set aside, beat yolks with sugar until very foamy, stir in curd and then stir in baking powder, pudding powder and lemon juice.

Gently fold in egg whites and pour into buttered pan. Bake at 170 degrees top and bottom heat for about 1 hour.
