A cake recipe for all foodies:

Mix the flour with the baking powder, egg yolks, a pinch of salt and the milk, carefully stir the stiffly beaten egg whites into the batter. Fill a buttered springform pan with half of the dough and bake for 8-10 minutes at medium heat. Mix the pitted cherries with 75g sugar, spread on the lightly baked dough, pour the remaining dough over it and top with bun slices previously dipped in milk. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and bake for 20 min at medium heat.
