Stir egg yolks with butter and honey to a mousse, stir in semolina, baking powder, curd cheese and lemon zest, stir in pitted cherries. Beat the snow until stiff and stir in. Pour the mixture into a buttered gratin dish and bake at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
