Instructions:

Mix all ingredients for the chestnut flour cookies into a dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough and cut out equal numbers of large and small hearts. Bake over medium heat on a greased cookie sheet.

Brush the small hearts with melted chocolate coating and place on top of the large hearts. Dip half of the small hearts completely in the chocolate coating. The finished chestnut flour cookies should rest for a few days, then they taste even more intense.
