Mix well the chestnut puree with minced meat, garlic cloves, onion, breadcrumbs, eggs and Parmesan cheese. Season with freshly grated nutmeg, salt and freshly ground pepper. Form small meat loaves, place on a floured board and leave to cool for about 30 minutes.

Heat the oil and fry the meatballs carefully on both sides until brown.
