For the chicken breast with wild garlic ricotta, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Wash and dry the wild garlic, chop 2 handfuls and mix with the ricotta.

Cut the chicken breasts several times from the top (about 1 cm intervals), but do not cut through (only 1 x in the middle, creating 4 portions) and place in an ovenproof, larger mold.

Pour the wild garlic ricotta mixture generously into the incisions, season with salt and pepper. Cover the bottom of the mold and the meat with the remaining wild garlic (chop it up as well, depending on your preference).

Season the whipped cream with salt and nutmeg and pour over the wild garlic. Cover with aluminum foil and bake on lower/medium rack for 40 minutes.

Serve with pasta.
