For the chicken cauliflower soup, remove the stalk and leaves from the cauliflower and break into individual florets.

Now heat some olive oil in a pot and fry the chicken wings in it. Pour in the soup and add the florets. Cook until the florets are soft.

Then remove the wings from the soup and finely puree the cauliflower florets.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and cumin. Serve the chicken cauliflower soup with the cooked wings as a garnish.
