Cut the tomatoes, ginger, onions, cashew nuts and chili peppers and mix in a hand mixer.

Heat four tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add cumin and the blended amount. Now add the rest of the spices as well. Make everything ten min.

After the cooking time, add the yogurt and the chicken cut into small pieces.

Cook for about 20 minutes until the chicken is tender. Finally, carefully fold in the whipped cream (no whipped cream).

Basmati long grain rice is recommended as an addition to this dish. Basmati long grain rice is cooked like “regular” long grain rice.

Tip: Stock up on a variety of high-quality spices – it pays off!
