For the gratinated chicken fillet, wash the meat, pat dry and thin. Then salt and pepper. Fry in a pan with a little oil on one side until golden brown, then turn over and fry on the second side.

Just before the end, add the slices of cheese on top and put the lid of the pan back on for about 1 – 2 minutes, until the cheese starts to melt a little.
