For gratinated chicken fillet with chive cream sauce, season the chicken fillets with herb salt and pepper and sear on both sides in hot oil. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into thin slices. Place the chicken fillets in a baking dish, top with tomato slices and mozzarella.

For the sauce, mix whipping cream with sour cream well, season with salt and pepper. Cut chives into rolls and add with the Parmesan and mix. Pour the sauce over the chicken fillets and bake in the preheated oven at about 180 °C for 15-20 minutes. Serve baked chicken fillet with chive cream sauce.
