Instructions:

Cook penne al dente according to package directions.

Salt chicken fillets, sprinkle with paprika powder and white pepper and dust with flour.

In a frying pan, heat about 100 g of butter and the same amount of oil. Fry chicken fillets in it all around.

Spread a suitable roasting pan with breakfast bacon, place the browned chicken fillets on it.

Place sliced mushrooms, ham and cheese slices on top.

Boil off the drippings from the chicken fillets with whipped cream and pour over the contents of the pan. Briefly gratinate in the oven at maximum top heat.

Serve with penne.
